TrackImpact ("We") offers a license for TrackImpact, an AI-powered tool. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for TrackImpact licenses.
General Refund Policy
TrackImpact does not offer refunds for most TrackImpact licenses.
Exceptions
TrackImpact may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
Bugs or Errors in TrackImpact
If you experience a demonstrable bug or error significantly impacting TrackImpact's functionality, a refund may be granted.
To request a refund based on a bug or error:
- Schedule a call with our support team by contacting support@trackimpact.io.
- During the call, demonstrate the issue to our support team.
- This information helps us address the problem and improve our service.

- This policy allows TrackImpact to investigate and resolve potential issues, ensuring our products and services remain at the highest standard.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Subscription Cancellation
All subscriptions have a 90-day minimum commitment. After the first 90 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual plans: You will receive a pro-rata refund for any remaining full months after your cancellation date.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Pro-Rata Refund Example
If you cancel an annual plan ($480/year) after 5 months, you would receive a refund for the remaining 7 months: 7 × $40 = $280.
